Breaking Boundaries in Estimation & Design Services

Estimation and design remain the cornerstone of LantroTech’s success, and 2024 has been nothing short of extraordinary for our Estimation Team. With over 400+ projects completed this year, spanning commercial complexes, cutting-edge medical facilities, sprawling data centers, and record-breaking high-rises, our team has proven its expertise time and time again. Among these projects, the standout achievements included:

1. Estimation for a World-Class Stadium

LantroTech delivered high-capacity telecom infrastructure and advanced communication networks for a 25,000-seat stadium. By incorporating high-speed fiber optics and seamless connectivity solutions, we set a new standard for stadium design, ensuring unmatched communication capabilities for an elevated audience experience.

2. Residential High-Rise Project

The Residential High-Rise Project in Midtown Manhattan stands as a 70-story mixed-use skyscraper that redefines urban innovation with its 311 luxurious residential units, premium commercial spaces, and two expansive cellar levels. This architectural marvel not only enhances the city’s skyline but also meets the demands of a modern metropolis through cutting-edge structural design and sustainability. LantroTech’s contributions were integral to its success, delivering precise electrical estimation. By ensuring seamless power integration, efficient system design, and flawless post-bid documentation, LantroTech played a pivotal role in transforming this ambitious vision into reality, embodying excellence and innovation at every step.

3. IT Transformation for a 167-Year-Old Heritage Center

The Domino Heritage Center stands as a beacon of LantroTech’s mastery in adaptive reuse. This historic sugar factory has been transformed into a 15-story, 460,000-square-foot office masterpiece. Our scope included intricate pool grounding, precision lighting control, and cutting-edge low-voltage systems. Winning the bid was just the beginning; delivering detailed shop drawings and execution turned this vision into reality, showcasing our ability to honor heritage while advancing modern design.

At LantroTech, every project is a testament to our commitment to excellence, innovation, and precision. Whether revitalizing iconic structures or shaping future skylines, we bring a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision to every challenge. Our ability to consistently deliver world-class solutions has solidified our reputation as a trusted leader in the Estimation & Design industry.

This year, we introduced new tools and processes for seamless post-bid documentation and management, ensuring our clients’ projects transition from concept to execution flawlessly. We further introduced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design services to our portfolio, enhancing our comprehensive offerings.

Elevating Digital Marketing to New Heights



In 2024, our MarCom & Design Team achieved remarkable success with 10+ digital marketing campaigns tailored to diverse industries, seamlessly integrating a UK client’s website and social media campaign. By combining strategic insights, visually striking content, and data-driven optimization, we helped our clients experience:

• 40% growth in social media followers
• 850% significant increase in reach and engagement

We also revamped several client websites, enhancing accessibility as per ADA compliance and aligning them with cutting-edge UI/UX trends to elevate user experiences and drive business growth. We introduced Web Application Development, Mobile Application Development, and Software Quality Assurance, expanding our web services. At LantroTech, client satisfaction remains our top priority. Through regular feedback sessions, transparent communication, and tailored solutions, we proudly achieved an outstanding 96% client satisfaction rate in 2024, underscoring our commitment to delivering exceptional value.

Building a Thriving Workplace Culture

This year, our team expanded from 24 to 35 talented professionals, bringing together a diverse mix of skills and perspectives. Every addition has strengthened our ability to tackle complex challenges and exceed expectations, from engineers and estimators to marketers and developers.  

We take pride in our representation of a strong female workforce. When we started LantroTech in 2021, women comprised 33% of our team. Over the last two years, this number has increased to achieve an equal balance, with a 50% male and 50% female ratio. Our goal is to ensure diverse representation across all tiers of the organizational stack.  We’ve also prioritized team-building activities to foster collaboration and morale. Some of this year’s highlights include:

• Lantro Super League: Our first cricket tournament showcased sportsmanship, teamwork, and camaraderie and became an instant favorite.
• Annual Trip to Kalam: A rejuvenating getaway filled with laughter, adventure, and unforgettable memories amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature.
• Lantro Game Fest: Featuring in-house Foosball and Tekken tournaments, this event celebrated our team’s love for gaming and strengthened our bond.  

These activities have reinforced LantroTech’s culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and camaraderie, making us stronger together.

Giving Back Through CSR Initiatives

This year, we deepened our commitment to social responsibility with impactful CSR activities that reflect our core values of compassion, community, and care.  


1. Ramadan Ration Drive

During the Holy Month of Ramadan, our team united to conduct our first Ramadan Ration Drive, supporting deserving neighborhoods in Islamabad. Thanks to our team’s generosity, we provided essential supplies to alleviate hunger and spread hope. This initiative was about more than just addressing immediate needs—restoring dignity and building a sense of community.

2. Iftar at an Old Age Home

In the spirit of Ramadan, we shared iftar and dinner at the MGQ Old Age Home, bringing joy and warmth to the elderly community. Beyond food, we shared stories, laughter, and companionship, fostering a deep sense of belonging. It was a privilege to connect with and brighten the lives of these cherished members of our community.

3. Clothing Drive

As the season of giving approached, our team organized a clothing drive to support needy families. With compassion at the forefront, we collected and donated new and gently used clothes, providing warmth and comfort to those facing tough times. This initiative strengthened our shared responsibility and commitment to uplifting our community.

4. Mental Health Awareness Session

In honor of World Mental Health Day, we hosted Clinical Psychologist Zara Mahin Wasti for an engaging session on managing burnout and achieving work-life balance. The session created a safe space for open conversations about mental well-being by featuring insightful discussions, interactive activities, and team-building exercises. Together, we continue to prioritize mental health, fostering a supportive workplace where everyone can thrive. These initiatives embody our dedication to giving back and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us. Celebrating Three Years of Excellence

LantroTech celebrated its third anniversary at the vibrant 1969 Restaurant, blending reflection, recognition, and celebration into an unforgettable evening. This milestone was an opportunity to acknowledge the company’s achievements and strengthen the bond among team members. The structured flow of speeches, activities, and awards embodied the spirit of LantroTech’s core values.

Waqas Khalil, our CEO, delivered a powerful and inspiring address, reflecting on the company’s journey, milestones, and the incredible people behind its success. His words were motivating and forward-looking, with announcements of salary increases, bonuses, and MVP awards for the upcoming year sparking enthusiasm and a renewed sense of purpose among the team.


After dinner, the energy shifted into high gear with exciting team-building activities, including Office Trivia, Spin the Wheel, and more. These fun and interactive games encouraged collaboration, creativity, and plenty of laughter, allowing team members to bond in a relaxed setting and strengthening relationships across the board.

The evening concluded with a creative twist—fun and personalized employee awards. Light-hearted and humorous titles celebrated individuals’ unique contributions and personalities, adding a playful yet meaningful touch to the festivities. These moments of recognition made everyone feel valued and added humor to the evening’s atmosphere.
