Our CSR strategy encompasses various initiatives aimed at benefiting the community and educating our company's workforce on the importance of CSR. LantroTech's heartfelt initiative with SOS Children's Village created a profound impact on the lives of orphaned children. Our employees spent a day filled with laughter, joy, and fun activities, lighting up the children's faces with smiles. Thoughtful goodie bags were gifted as tokens of affection, spreading warmth and happiness. Beyond the cherished memories, our commitment extended to supporting the children's well-being and development through charity. The lasting bonds formed during this heart-touching initiative strengthened our sense of community.

Aiding Flood Affectees in Interior Sindh

In response to the devastating floods in Interior Sindh, LantroTech launched a compassionate initiative to aid the affected communities. LantroTech collected donations from employees during the month of Ramadan, matching the amount contributed. The combined donations were made to support flood affectees, providing essential assistance in rebuilding their lives. In collaboration with charitydoings.org, a trusted organization, we ensured transparency and accountability in distributing the donations.

Spreading Climate Awareness

LantroTech collaborated with 'RecycleandReduce,' to spread climate awareness. We conducted talks and workshops to educate our workforce about the importance of environmental preservation. To promote sustainability, our enthusiastic team engaged in a fun bag painting activity, creating reusable cloth bags to reduce single-use plastics. Additionally, we responsibly recycled old electronics to protect the environment. Through these efforts, we demonstrated our commitment to creating a greener and more sustainable future, inspiring positive change for our planet.

Book Donation Drive

On International Literacy Day, LantroTech partnered with team.ieipakistan through Esaar to establish a new library in Hunza. Our team generously donated over 100+ books and stationery items for children aged 3-19. Our donation underscores our commitment to promoting literacy and education in underserved areas of Pakistan, providing essential materials to empower young minds in Hunza. Together with IEI Pakistan, we are building a brighter future by breaking barriers to literacy and education.

Pinktober with a Purpose

In our effort to promote Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we invited Dr. Sidrah Omair to engage our female team members in an awareness session regarding this life-altering condition. Dr. Sidrah explained the risk factors and symptoms cleared misconceptions and myths, and provided self-examination guidelines to aid in early detection and prevention. Our team actively contributed to the cause by making heartfelt donations in collaboration with Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital (SKMH), extending support to those bravely battling against cancer. Together, we stand united in the fight against breast cancer, spreading awareness and fostering a community that cares.

LantroTech launched a tree plantation drive with a clear purpose to combat worsening air quality in Pakistan. By partnering with the Capital Development Authority (CDA), our team came forward and planted over 250 trees in F9 Park Islamabad, paving the way for a greener and more sustainable future. The campaign focused on strategically planting trees to tackle the pressing issue of declining air quality, aiming to make a tangible environmental impact. By enhancing air quality, reducing carbon emissions, and fostering biodiversity, Lantro is committed to creating a positive change that benefits both the planet and its inhabitants.

Ramadan Ration Drive

During the holy month of Ramadan, our hearts are filled with compassion, and our spirits are lifted by the desire to help those in need. For this purpose, we conducted our first Ramadan Ration Drive for the deserving neighborhoods in Islamabad. We are grateful for our team's support and generous donations, who came forward for this noble cause, strengthening our commitment to giving back and spreading hope and kindness towards our fellow human beings. Through this initiative, we aspire to not only alleviate immediate hunger but also to instill hope and dignity in the lives of those who are struggling.
