Group picture of the five summer mentors: Osama Azhar, Mahin Farid, Nida Khalid, Arooba Mazhar, and Aniqa Khan.

Stepping into a professional environment is always an exciting turning point. It is the moment where academic theory meets real-world application, and where curiosity turns into a career path.

For those joining our Career Kickstart Internship Program this summer, the experience is designed to be far more than a standard workspace introduction. At LantroTech, we believe the strongest technical foundations grow from genuine human collaboration, flat hierarchies, and an environment where learning never stops.

Before the summer cohort dives into their respective divisions, we want to look past the corporate job titles and offer an exclusive sneak peek into the people who make our culture what it is. From quality assurance experts to design leaders, meet the mentors who will be guiding, training, and working alongside our interns this summer.

Osama Azhar, Senior SQA Engineer at LantroTech, highlighting his leadership in test-automation processes, software defect hunting, mentor support, and legendary office chai.

Driving Software Excellence and Project Stability

Osama Azhar is our Senior SQA Engineer. His daily mission centers on hunting down flaws and breaking the software that engineers build. By thoroughly testing setups and finding hidden bugs before release, he makes sure our end-users always receive a polished, bug-free product.

Osama brings five years of experience to our software quality assurance team, with the last two spent driving project stability and quality at LantroTech. Among his standout achievements, he successfully built and rolled out an advanced test-automation process within one of our featured projects.

He also ran hands-on automation testing workshops for our junior SQA engineers. Additionally, he trained a dedicated SQA intern last year who now works remotely with clients in the United States.

Empathy, Art, and Legendary Office Chai

As an INFP personality type, Osama firmly believes the world becomes a better place when it includes more empaths, and he is glad to be one. Outside of his technical role, he describes himself as a moody artist who loves sketching, creating original art, and occasionally playing Dota.

He is legendary in the office for brewing the best chai around, always ready to serve up the perfect blend of herbal and verbal support whenever a teammate needs a lift. To fully unwind, he loves catching up on movies and diving into his favorite series like Person of Interest, or his all-time favorite anime, Attack on Titan.

His Advice for Summer Interns: “God reaches for every man; every man must choose to reach back.” Use this summer internship to grab every opportunity around you and actively shape your own career path.

Mahin Farid, Interaction Designer III at LantroTech, highlighting her leadership in intuitive UI/UX design, brand identity creation, building digital confidence, and helping quiet interns find their professional voice.

Designing Intuitive Digital Experiences

Mahin Farid is our Interaction Designer III. She focuses on digital experiences that are both intuitive for users and visually beautiful to look at. Her day-to-day work spans UI/UX design, brand identity building, and creating engaging marketing graphics.

Mahin holds a degree in Computer Science, giving her a strong technical foundation, but she followed her creative calling as a self-taught designer. She now brings over six years of industry design experience to the table and has been contributing her talents to LantroTech for nearly four years.

Over her time with us, she has managed visual designs ranging from product layouts and branding to large marketing campaigns. One of the most rewarding parts of her career here has been mentoring junior design team members and watching fresh talent grow from quiet interns into confident professionals.

A Creative Approach to Mentorship

Mahin is an ENFJ personality type, which means she is a natural encourager who genuinely loves lifting up the people around her. A few fun facts: she is a talented singer, completely obsessed with horses, and has a strong preference for wearing black.

When she steps away from her design desk, you will likely find her sketching, watching horror movies, or exploring new local cafes and restaurants.

Her Advice for Summer Interns: You are just starting your career, so do not put pressure on yourself to have all the answers right away. Work hard, stay curious, ask plenty of questions, and do not take mistakes too seriously. Every challenge you face this summer is just a hidden opportunity to learn and grow.

Nida Khalid, E&D-III Engineer at LantroTech, highlighting her leadership in cross-department execution, complex project coordination, administrative engineering documentation, and securing major corporate contracts.

Driving Engineering Excellence and Project Growth

Nida Khalid is an E&D-III Engineer who works closely across EE, IT, and IPM to keep our design operations running smoothly. Nida has built a five-year career in the industry, including three years of dedicated service at LantroTech.

She joined with a focus on administrative documentation. Through strong execution and consistent delivery, she earned steady promotions through our engineering tracks to reach her current senior operational role.

Along the way, Nida served as a Project Coordinator in our EE division and was a key contributor on the team that secured a major contract. She was also selected to join our corporate batch traveling to the United States for direct client interaction. On top of that, she has led two of our previous internship programs.

Spontaneous Journeys and Artistic Talents

Nida combines the collaborative traits of an ENFJ with the strategic drive of an ENTJ. She has a highly adventurous spirit and loves spontaneous trips and outdoor hiking.

She balances her technical engineering side with creative hobbies like painting, sketching, writing poetry, and arts and crafts. Oh, and if you ever challenge her to a friendly match, be careful as she is surprisingly good at arm wrestling!

Her Advice for Summer Interns: This is not a typical summer internship where you just pass the time to collect a certificate. This is a knowledge-filled experience meant to kickstart your career. Build professional bonds, learn from your trainers and mentors as much as possible, and remember to enjoy the process.

Arooba Mazhar, Marketing Manager III at LantroTech, highlighting her leadership in global brand identity management, creative content creation, social media strategy, website design, and SEO.

Shaping Our Identity From Day One

Arooba Mazhar is our Marketing Manager III. She leads our marketing division, manages LantroTech’s global brand identity, and collaborates closely with clients to execute their marketing strategies. If a project involves content creation, social media strategy, website design, or SEO optimization, she is leading it.

Arooba comes from a Computer Engineering background but discovered her true passion in marketing. Over six-plus years of professional experience, she has built deep expertise across branding, social media strategy, website management, and client marketing.

She joined LantroTech in 2021, and building LantroTech’s brand presence from the ground up has been one of the most rewarding parts of her journey here. Watching the company grow, launching new initiatives, and seeing creative ideas turn into real-world business results taught her a valuable lesson. Great marketing comes down to understanding people, staying curious, and never being afraid to try something new.

Collaborative Leadership and Sweet Connections

Arooba is an ENFJ through and through, a true people person who thrives on open collaboration and creating a positive environment where everyone feels encouraged to do their best. She is also a proud mum, which means multitasking has become her superpower.

You will often find her replying to important emails with one hand while holding her little one with the other. Outside of work, she loves baking sweet treats, traveling, and chatting with family and friends. If you ever offer her something sweet, the answer is always yes.

Her Advice for Summer Interns: Stay curious, ask plenty of questions, and do not be afraid to take initiative. Every project you work on this summer is a fresh chance to learn something new, so make the most of every opportunity.

Aniqa Khan, Software Developer III at LantroTech, highlighting her leadership in scalable web applications, cloud services, and guiding interns through core engineering fundamentals using modern, AI-powered development tools.

Engineering Full-Stack Web Solutions

Aniqa Khan is a Software Developer III on our team. She focuses on building scalable web applications and integrating cloud services, making sure every product we deliver is reliable and performant.

Aniqa brings around seven years of experience to our software development division. She started her career in frontend web development, building responsive websites, and steadily expanded into backend development and cloud technologies. Today she is a full-stack engineer working with React, WordPress, JavaScript, AWS, and Azure.

Beyond writing code, Aniqa is involved across the entire product lifecycle. This spans from requirement gathering to designing solutions for complex client challenges.

One of her favorite parts of working at LantroTech has been using modern, AI-powered development tools. Seeing how these tools can improve team productivity, while still requiring strong core engineering fundamentals, has been a genuine insight.

Solution-Oriented Mindset Driven by Empathy

Aniqa describes herself as analytical, curious, and solution-oriented, while remaining soft-hearted and approachable. She firmly believes empathy and open communication are just as important to engineering success as technical skills

As a new mum, her free time is limited, but she finds cooking deeply therapeutic and loves trying out new recipes to unwind. You might also notice a fun habit of hers: she casually drops small items like her phone, keys, or pens, which always seem to find their way to the floor!

Her Advice for Summer Interns: Take initiative, seek feedback, and stay consistent, because small daily improvements add up to significant professional growth over time. Be curious, ask questions, and do not be afraid to make mistakes. Nobody expects you to know everything on day one.

An internship is far more than a checklist of tasks or a step toward a certificate. It is the start of your professional future. Throughout this summer program, you will have direct access to experienced engineers, designers, and marketers who genuinely want to see you succeed. At LantroTech, we look at every project, campaign, and line of code through a human-centered lens, and our team is ready to share the career insights and personal stories that make all the difference.

A great experience depends entirely on what you decide to put into it. Do not hesitate to step out of your comfort zone, introduce yourself to people from different departments, and build a strong professional network.

Real growth happens when you look beyond your daily tasks, so take initiative, ask questions when you face a challenge, and pitch your own ideas. We are incredibly excited to have you onboard, and we cannot wait to build something great together!
