The Brief
This luxury hotel and residential conversion faced significant challenges, including integrating modern telecommunication and AV systems into a historic structure while ensuring luxury standards. Coordinating the extensive scope across 47 levels, with mixed-use occupancy, required meticulous planning and precision. The complexity of providing comprehensive IT designs for both hotel and residential spaces demanded innovative solutions, all while ensuring continuous design improvements throughout the project.

LantroTech's skilled engineers secured the project through outstanding estimation abilities and provided continuous design recommendations throughout the project's execution. The scope involved telecommunication and AV estimation for a 47-story building. The initial 12 floors encompassed hotel rooms, amenity spaces, and commercial shops, while residential apartments spanned from Level 12 to Level 40.
The top floors featured luxurious penthouses. With up to 35 apartment units per floor, the intricate IT design addressed the building's complexity. Accurate estimation of a network comprising four IDF rooms per level, repeated every third floor, ensured comprehensive coverage from room build to station outlet, contributing to the success of our winning proposal.
