The Brief
To enhance membership sign-ups and management, Vision Sports Club identified the need for an efficient Membership Portal. The objective was to facilitate smooth and secure online membership selections, personal information submission, e-signing of contracts, and providing members with the ability to review and manage their membership status.
What We Did
Team LantroTech developed a comprehensive Membership Portal that seamlessly integrated with the Vision Sports Club website. Utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Tailwind, and Redux for the frontend, we created a responsive and user-friendly interface enhanced by Ant Design for consistent and aesthetically pleasing UI components.
The backend was built with Nest.js, supported by MySQL for scalable data management. To ensure secure authentication, we implemented JWT (JSON Web Tokens) and deployed it on AWS.
The portal allows members to choose membership plans, securely submit personal information, and electronically sign contracts. Additionally, members can review their membership status, make onsite payments, update their information, and terminate memberships as needed.
We focused on secure data handling with encryption protocols and conducted thorough testing, including unit and integration tests, to ensure reliability and performance. Comprehensive technical documentation was provided, along with training sessions for Vision Sports Club staff to ensure smooth adoption. Also, we ensured continuous portal maintenance by performing ongoing optimization and monitoring, while implementing best security practices during development to guarantee data protection and portal reliability.
